Your Capacity Problem. Solved Under Your Name.
A dedicated outsourced accounting team operating under your firm’s brand. Client-facing work product, your templates, your review process, your quality standards. The talent your firm needs without adding to headcount or office overhead.
The most common engagement model among CPA firm clients at PASglobexa.

You don't have a service problem. You have a hiring problem.
The work is there. The fees are there. The pipeline is there. What’s missing is people — qualified people, in the U.S., available in time for busy season, at a salary that doesn’t blow up your margins.
Every CPA firm owner has done this math. The talent pool is shrinking, salaries are climbing, and competing for staff against the Big Four and industry positions has only gotten harder.
PASglobexa solves the capacity problem without the hiring problem. We build a dedicated virtual team — bookkeepers, tax preparers, audit support, senior reviewers — who operate as an extension of your firm. They use your templates, follow your processes, and deliver work product your clients see as yours, because to them, it is.
A full-function team. Configured to your firm.

For Sole Practitioners Scaling Up
You’re at capacity. You want to take on more clients but can’t afford to hire your first W-2 staff member at $70K plus benefits. A 1–2 person white label team gives you the leverage of a small firm without the overhead of one.
For Growing Firms (10–30 Staff)
You’re hiring locally but can’t keep up with growth. A white label team handles the repeatable work — bookkeeping, simple returns, audit support — so your U.S. staff focuses on advisory, review, and senior-track work.
For Established Firms Building Offshore Capacity
You’ve already considered or attempted an offshore build. You want it to work without the management burden of running an offshore office yourself. We deliver it as a managed service — you get the capacity, we handle the operations.
Why white label works with us when it hasn't worked elsewhere.
- 1. Genuinely invisible to your clients.
Work product carries your firm’s name, logo, formatting, and tone. Emails come from your firm’s domain when the engagement calls for it. Your clients see one brand: yours.
- 2. Trained to your firm's standards, not ours.
During onboarding, we ingest your workpaper templates, your review checklists, your communication style, and your engagement letters. The team works to your standard — not a generic offshore one.
- 3. A named engagement manager.
You don’t manage offshore staff. You manage one PASglobexa engagement lead who manages the team. Status meetings happen with one person who is accountable for delivery.
- 4. Built for the long term.
Retention on our white label teams runs above industry norms. You don’t re-train every six months. The team member who learned your firm’s process in January is still on your account in December.
- 5. Security and IP that can hold up to client scrutiny.
NDAs on every staff member. SOC 2-aligned controls. Documented data handling protocols. If your client runs a vendor security review, we’re ready for it.
From signed engagement to team-in-seat in two to four weeks.
Step 1 — Discovery & Role Definition (Week 1)
We map your firm’s workflow, identify which roles to fill first, and confirm seniority levels needed. You define the success criteria.
Step 2 — Team Selection (Week 1–2)
We propose candidates with profiles, experience, and certifications. You interview and select. Final headcount, software access, and start dates are confirmed.
Step 3 — Brand & Process Onboarding (Week 2–3)
Team is trained on your firm’s templates, review process, and communication standards. Branded email and tools provisioned. Test work runs against your review checklist.
Step 4 — Go-Live (Week 3–4)
Team takes on live work under your engagement manager. Weekly check-ins for the first 60 days to calibrate. Steady-state cadence from there.
Common questions before firms and CFOs sign on.
Will our clients know they are interacting with PASglobexa staff?
No. White label work product is delivered under your firm’s brand. When client-facing communication is part of scope, team members use your firm’s email domain and signature. The only people who know are you and us.
Can we interview team members before they join our engagement?
Yes. We propose candidates with profiles and resumes. You interview and select. We don’t put people on your account that you haven’t approved.
What happens if a team member doesn't work out?
We replace them at no charge and rebuild continuity quickly. Our engagement manager runs warm handoffs so the work doesn’t stall. Retention is high precisely because we plan for the rare cases when it’s not.
Is the team dedicated to our firm or shared?
Both models are available. Dedicated FTEs work only on your firm’s engagements. Shared pool staff work across multiple clients and are priced lower. We recommend the model in scope based on your volume and consistency needs.
How do you handle confidentiality and data security?
Every team member signs an individual NDA. Access is role-based and least-privilege. Files are exchanged through encrypted portals or your own document management system. SOC 2-aligned controls govern data handling end-to-end.
How is this priced?
Three models: per-FTE monthly rate (most common for dedicated roles), hourly billing (for variable workloads), or fixed-fee per client engagement (when scope is defined). We recommend the model that fits your work pattern during the scope call.
