How invisible is the white label arrangement to our clients?
Completely invisible. Our team works inside your software using your firm’s email signatures, your file structures, your client communication formats, and your branded deliverables. We do not contact your clients directly. We do not appear on any of your firm’s correspondence. The engagement is between PASglobexa and your firm only — your clients never see us, and they never know we exist unless your firm chooses to tell them.
What's the difference between white label and co-sourced engagement?
White label means our team is invisible to your clients and delivers exclusively under your firm’s brand. Co-sourced means our team is acknowledged in the engagement, often with branded co-delivery. Both are available. White label is more common for established firms; co-sourced sometimes fits firms that want transparency with their largest enterprise clients.
Can you handle work across bookkeeping, tax, and audit under one engagement?
Yes. A single PASglobexa engagement can deliver across service lines, with one engagement lead coordinating. Dedicated specialists work within their domains — your bookkeeper isn’t preparing your 1120s — but engagement governance is unified, and you have one point of accountability.
How do you ensure quality control matches our firm's standards?
Every deliverable passes a senior PASglobexa reviewer before reaching your firm. Your firm’s review standards are documented during onboarding and applied throughout the engagement. We do not deliver first drafts. If a deliverable does not meet your standard, we remediate at no additional cost.
How quickly can we scale a white label team up or down?
Per-FTE engagements typically scale up within four weeks for recruiting, training, and integration. Scale-down requires 30 days’ written notice. Surge capacity for busy season can be added with 60 days lead time if booked by November.
What happens if our engagement lead at your firm is unavailable?
A briefed backup is assigned at the start of every engagement. If your lead is unavailable for any reason, the backup steps in within 24 hours — work doesn’t stop. Client deadlines have documented escalation protocols built into the engagement letter.
