Payroll Run Right. Compliance Handled. Filings on Time.
Payroll processing, W-2 and 1099 filings, multi-state withholding, sales tax compliance, and ongoing tax authority correspondence — handled through Gusto, ADP, Paychex, Rippling, or the system you already run.
Payroll and compliance handled for businesses operating across 30+ U.S. states.
We are a proud member, of the:
- Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants
- A+ rated Member with the BBB of Arkansas
Payroll mistakes are expensive. Compliance mistakes are worse.
Late payroll, missed quarterly filings, wrong state withholding, missed 1099s in January, sales tax that should have been registered in three more states — these aren’t just operational hiccups. They turn into penalties, employee complaints, and audit risk that costs ten times what doing it right would have.
Most growing businesses don’t have a dedicated payroll or compliance lead. The bookkeeper does it on the side. HR does what they can. Filings get missed.
PASglobexa takes payroll and compliance off your team’s plate. We run it inside your existing systems, on a documented calendar, with every filing tracked and every deadline owned.

For CPA Firms Offering Payroll to Clients
Your firm offers payroll but doesn’t want to staff a dedicated payroll team. We become your payroll back office — delivering under your firm’s brand, on Gusto or ADP, with your clients seeing only your firm.
For Growing Businesses Running Payroll In-House
You’re running payroll yourself or through an HR generalist. As you grow — more employees, more states, more compliance — it becomes a real risk. We take it off your plate without forcing you to switch platforms or restructure your team.
Why this is more than just clicking buttons in Gusto.
- 1. Compliance specialists, not generalists.
Our payroll team includes tax specialists who understand multi-state withholding, reciprocity, SUTA rate management, and the full annual filing calendar. Not just data entry.
- 2. Calendar-driven, never reactive.
Every payroll cycle, every filing deadline, every renewal is on a documented calendar with owner and backup. Nothing depends on someone remembering.
- 3. Notice response built-in.
When a state agency sends a letter, we don’t escalate it back to you. We respond, resolve, and document. You’re notified once it’s handled.
- 4. Cross-checked before submission.
Every quarterly and annual filing passes a senior reviewer before submission. Catches the typos and tie-out issues that turn into amended returns.
- 5. Transparent fees, no per-employee gotchas.
Pricing is per-payroll-run plus per-filing or fixed monthly. No surprise charges for off-cycle runs, terminations, or year-end. You see the structure on the proposal.

Common questions before firms and CFOs sign on.
Do we have to switch to a new payroll platform?
No. We work inside your existing platform — Gusto, ADP, Paychex, Rippling, or whatever you currently use. Switching platforms is only recommended if your current one genuinely can’t support your needs, and even then it’s optional.
We have employees in 8 states. Can you handle that?
Yes. Multi-state payroll, including reciprocity agreements, multi-state withholding registrations, and state-by-state SUTA, is standard scope. We’ve handled clients with employees across 30+ states.
What about 1099 contractors?
Covered. W-9 collection, ongoing 1099 vendor management, year-end 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC preparation and filing, and TIN matching to prevent B-notices. Built into the scope.
Who responds when the IRS or state sends a notice?
We do. Notice response is part of standard scope. We reconcile the issue, draft and file the response, follow up with the agency, and close the loop. You’re notified once it’s resolved.
How is pricing structured?
Two common models: per-run plus per-filing (good for variable headcount), or fixed monthly fee (good for stable operations). For most small to mid-size businesses, fixed monthly runs $400–$2,500 depending on employee count, states, and complexity. We quote on the scope call.
Can this be delivered white label under our CPA firm's brand?
Yes. White label delivery is standard for our CPA firm clients. Payroll runs under your firm’s name, with your clients seeing your brand. We handle the operations behind the scenes.
Payroll mistakes don't fix themselves. Compliance gaps compound.
