You're closing the books. You're still flying blind.
Most growing businesses have accurate books and almost no usable insight. The trial balance is right. The bank rec is clean. And the CFO still can’t answer simple questions like: which channel is profitable, which customer segment is shrinking, or whether we have enough cash to make the next hire.
That’s a reporting problem, not an accounting problem.
PASglobexa builds the reporting layer on top of your books — management decks, KPI dashboards, cash flow forecasts, and board reports — so the work of closing the month actually translates into better decisions.
The reporting layer your books deserve.
From monthly management packs to investor-ready board decks, we build what your leadership actually uses.
Monthly Management Reports
Branded management reporting packages — revenue waterfall, gross margin by segment, opex variance to budget, working capital trend, and key operational KPIs. Delivered within five business days of close.
KPI Dashboards
Live dashboards in Fathom, Spotlight, LiveFlow, Jirav, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio. Refreshed automatically from your accounting system. Tailored to the metrics your CFO and CEO actually use.
13-Week Cash Flow Forecasts
Rolling 13-week direct cash flow models showing AR collections, AP runs, payroll, debt service, and capex. Updated weekly. Variance to forecast tracked and explained.
Budget & Variance Reporting
Annual budget build, monthly actuals-to-budget variance reporting with written commentary, and re-forecasts at quarter-end. So budget season isn’t a fire drill in November.
Board & Investor Decks
Investor-grade monthly or quarterly board decks: financial highlights, KPI summary, cash position, plan-to-actual, key risks, and asks. Written in the tone your board expects.
Custom Analytics Projects
Channel profitability analysis, customer cohort revenue, unit economics modeling, pricing analysis, and one-off finance projects when leadership needs a specific question answered.
We build reporting where your team already works.
Reporting only gets used when it lives where leaders already look. We build on the BI and reporting platforms your team has — or recommend one if you don’t yet.
Financial reporting platforms: Fathom, Spotlight Reporting, LiveFlow, Jirav, Reach Reporting
BI and dashboards: Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, Domo, Sigma
Spreadsheet models: Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, Causal
Source systems: QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Shopify, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce
If your team works in a different tool, we build there. Reporting people don’t use is reporting that doesn’t get used.
For CPA Firms Adding Advisory Revenue
You want to offer your bookkeeping clients a management reporting service — but building the reporting muscle in-house is expensive and slow. We deliver the reports under your brand, freeing your team to sell advisory while we produce the output.
For CFOs and Founders Without a FP&A Function
You’re past the point where the bookkeeper’s monthly P&L is enough. You don’t have headcount for a FP&A hire. We become your fractional reporting team — building the deck, running the forecast, and showing up to the board meeting prepared.
Why our reporting actually gets used.
- Built by accountants who understand operations.
Our analysts have backgrounds in operating finance, not just accounting. The reports answer the questions your CFO actually has — not just the ones that fit a template.
- 2. Designed for the reader, not the producer.
Reports are written for the CEO or board reading them — clear headlines, plain English commentary, and visuals that highlight the decision, not just the data.
- 3. Tied to your books, not pulled from thin air.
Every number in every report traces back to a transaction in your accounting system. We don’t separate reporting from accounting; we connect them.
- 4. Delivered on a predictable cadence.
Monthly packs by business day 5. Weekly cash flow updates by Tuesday EOD. Board decks 48 hours before the meeting. The team plans around your calendar.
- 5. Evolves with your business.
Reports get refined as your priorities shift. New product line launched? It shows up in the next pack. Pivoted strategy? KPIs realign. Reporting stays current, not frozen at setup.
From first call to first report — typically 3 to 4 weeks.
Step 1 — Reporting Scope Call (45 minutes)
We discuss the decisions your leadership is trying to make, the questions reporting needs to answer, and what currently isn’t working. You get a recommended scope on the call.
Step 2 — Proposal & Sample Output (within 5 business days)
Defined report list, sample mock-ups of two or three reports tailored to your business, and a fixed monthly fee. No retainer to begin.
Step 3 — Build (2–3 weeks)
Data integration, dashboard build, report templates, and a first draft delivered for review. We iterate based on your feedback before going live.
Step 4 — Monthly Delivery Cadence
Reports delivered on schedule. Quarterly review of report usefulness — what’s getting used, what’s not, what’s missing. Reporting evolves with the business.
Common questions before firms and CFOs sign on.
Do we need to be using a specific accounting platform for this to work?
We pull from QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Zoho Books natively. For other systems, we work through CSV exports or API integrations. The reporting layer is built on top of whatever you’re already using.
How is this different from the reports our bookkeeper already sends?
Bookkeeping reports are about accuracy — P&L, balance sheet, trial balance. Management reporting is about decisions — channel profitability, cohort behavior, cash runway, KPI trends. Different output, different audience, different purpose.
Can you replace our FP&A function entirely?
For early-stage and small-to-mid market companies, yes. We act as your fractional FP&A team — running the forecast, building the deck, and partnering with your CFO. For larger companies with existing FP&A staff, we augment specific workstreams rather than replace the function.
How quickly can a dashboard be live?
Standard dashboards (10–15 KPIs from QuickBooks or Xero): 2–3 weeks. Complex multi-source dashboards (NetSuite plus Shopify plus HubSpot, for example): 4–6 weeks. We tell you the timeline in scope.
What does this cost?
Monthly reporting packages start at $2,500/month for a standard management report and dashboard. Adding 13-week cash flow forecasting, board decks, and custom analytics increases the scope and price. Fixed monthly fees, no surprise billing.
Can the reports be branded under our firm or our company?
Yes. For CPA firms using this as a white label service, all reports go out under your firm’s brand. For direct business clients, branding is yours. Either way, we’re invisible in the output.
Closed books aren't enough. You need reports that tell you what to do next.
Book a 45-minute reporting scope call. We’ll review what your leadership is trying to decide, what reporting you have today, and propose a package that fills the gap.
