Your books aren't wrong. They're just always behind.
Your senior staff are good. They are also buried. Month-end close gets pushed. Reconciliations pile up. The books that should be done by the 15th are in front of partners by the 25th. Or later. Meanwhile, clients are waiting on financials, your team is stretched, and you are either turning down work or accepting that something always slips.
In 2026, the gap is wider than it has ever been. The talent pipeline is the thinnest it has been in a decade, and the firms growing fastest are the ones who freed their senior staff from compliance work — pushing bookkeeping to a qualified outsourced team and redirecting partner hours into Client Advisory Services, the fastest-growing revenue line in the profession.
PASglobexa solves the throughput problem. We provide outsourced bookkeeping services — daily, weekly, or monthly — handled by qualified professionals who work on your platforms, follow your documented process, and deliver clean, review-ready books without you having to chase them.
End-to-end bookkeeping. Nothing left on your plate.

For CPA Firms
Your firm wins the client. We handle the bookkeeping.
White label delivery means your clients interact only with your firm. Work product comes in your templates, under your quality standards, through your review process. We are your capacity — not a visible third party.
Engagement models: dedicated FTE, per-client, or overflow support during busy season.
For Growing Businesses
For Growing Businesses
You have outgrown a part-time bookkeeper. You are not ready for a full-time controller. And your current books are not giving you what you need to make decisions with confidence.
PASglobexa becomes your outsourced accounting function — a named lead who knows your books, a monthly close you can rely on, and financial statements you can actually read and act on. We work directly with your CPA, your tax preparer, and your leadership team. One source of truth. No more chasing.
What makes the difference between outsourced and actually reliable.
- Qualified staff, not task workers.
Your bookkeeping team is led by CAs, CPAs, and ACCA-qualified professionals — not entry-level data entry staff. We hire for accounting judgment, not processing speed.
- A second set of eyes on every deliverable.
Every workpaper, reconciliation, and close package passes a senior reviewer before it reaches you. What you receive is not a first draft.
- One point of contact. Full team behind them.
You work with a named engagement lead, not a rotating support queue. If your lead is unavailable, a briefed backup steps in — your close doesn’t stall.
- SOC 2-aligned security from day one.
NDAs on every engagement. Encrypted file transfers. Restricted access on a need-to-know basis. Data security protocols documented and available for your client’s vendor reviews.
- Pricing that doesn't move on you.
Hourly, per-FTE, or fixed monthly fee — you choose the model. No scope creep invoicing. No surprises mid-engagement.
Up and running in under two weeks. Here's exactly what that looks like.
Scope Call (30 minutes)
We review your current bookkeeping setup, transaction volume, software stack, and where the gaps are. You get an honest read — not a sales pitch.
Written Proposal (within 3 business days)
A defined scope, a fixed or variable pricing proposal, and a start timeline. No retainers to get going. No ambiguity about what’s included.
Onboarding (5–10 business days)
Systems access, process documentation, team assignment, and a kickoff call. Your named engagement lead is introduced before the first transaction is touched.
Monthly Delivery Cadence
Reconciliations and close packages delivered on an agreed schedule. One point of contact. Senior review on every deliverable. You approve, we archive.
Common questions before firms and CFOs sign on.
Do you work inside QuickBooks and Xero, or do we have to migrate to your system?
We work inside your existing software. QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Zoho Books — we adapt to your stack. There is no migration requirement and no new logins for your team.
Can you handle the bookkeeping under our firm's brand for our clients?
Yes. White label is our most common engagement model with CPA firms. Your clients interact only with your firm. Our team works inside your systems, follows your templates, and routes everything through your review process.
What's your turnaround on month-end close?
Standard close is delivered by the 10th business day of the following month for full close packages, faster for ledger-only books. Specific timing is locked in during scoping based on your transaction volume and complexity.
How do you handle access to our client accounts and sensitive data?
Access is limited to assigned team members on a need-to-know basis. Encrypted file transfers, secure document portals, and no client data stored on personal devices. SOC 2-aligned protocols documented and shareable for your client vendor reviews.
What happens if there's an error in the books?
We fix it on our time, not yours. Every engagement includes a documented review and remediation process. If an error is found at any stage, we remediate at no additional cost.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
No fixed minimum. We work with single-entity small businesses, multi-entity mid-market companies, and CPA firms scaling from one FTE to a full offshore team. The right engagement model depends on your volume and growth plans — not a floor we set.
Your books should close on time and stand up to review. Let's make that the standard.
Book a free 30-minute scope call. We’ll review your current setup, identify where you’re losing time, and tell you honestly whether outsourced bookkeeping from PASglobexa is the right fit — or whether you’d be better off solving the gap a different way.
