Busy season isn't getting easier. Your capacity has to.

The 2026 filing season hit harder than most. IRS staffing cuts are stretching processing timelines. OBBBA implementation rewrote the rules on Section 174 R&D capitalization, bonus depreciation, and the QBI thresholds. New tip and overtime deduction rules added schedules nobody was expecting. And the talent pipeline that used to fill the gap is the smallest it has been in a decade.

Your senior staff are good. They are also reviewing returns past midnight. Workpapers are arriving incomplete. Tie-outs are getting flagged at the partner desk instead of caught upstream. And every March, you turn away work you should be winning because there is no one left to put on it.

PASglobexa solves the throughput problem. We prepare returns — 1040s, 1120s, 1120-S, 1065, 1041, 990 — inside your tax software, against your review standards, with complete workpaper trails. Your reviewers open a return that is ready to sign, not one that needs a second pass.

What We Prepare

Every return type. Every form. Full workpaper trail.

From individual 1040s to consolidated 1120s, we prepare returns and assemble review-ready workpaper packages — built to your firm's standard, not ours.

Individual Returns (1040)

Federal and multi-state individual returns. Schedules A through E, K-1 entries, multi-state allocations, foreign income reporting, and supporting schedules. Source documents indexed, prior-year comparatives included.

C-Corporation Returns (1120)

Federal and state C-corp returns. Book-to-tax reconciliations, M-1 and M-3 adjustments, multi-state apportionment workpapers, schedule attachments, and consolidated return preparation where applicable.

Pass-Through Returns (1120-S, 1065)

S-corporation and partnership returns. K-1 preparation, basis and capital account tracking, partner allocations, Section 199A QBI workpapers, and built-in gains analysis for S-corp conversions.

Fiduciary & Exempt Org (1041, 990)

Trust, estate, and nonprofit returns. Distribution schedules, beneficiary K-1s, fiduciary accounting income calculations, and unrelated business income workpapers for exempt organizations.

State & Local Tax (SALT)

Multi-state filings, nexus analysis, apportionment schedules, composite returns for pass-through entities, and sales tax compliance work. Critical for clients with remote employees or multi-state operations.

Workpapers & Review Files

Every return package ships with a source document index, lead schedules, tax-to-book reconciliations, supporting calculation memos, prior-year comparatives, and variance notes. Built to pass review on the first pass.

For CPA Firms

Your firm signs. We prepare.

Returns are prepared inside your tax software, against your review standards, using your workpaper templates. Final files arrive ready for partner review and signature. Your PTIN, your filing, your client relationship — never ours.

Engagement models: per-return pricing, per-FTE dedicated capacity during busy season, or year-round retained staff. You choose the model that fits how your firm runs.

For Businesses & Individuals

For Growing Businesses

If you do not work with a CPA firm today and need your business returns prepared accurately and on time, PASglobexa works behind your accountant or in-house finance lead to prepare clean, defensible returns. We do not file or sign returns directly. A licensed US preparer reviews and signs under their PTIN. We are the team that does the work — they are the name on the line.

Why PASglobexa
What separates offshore tax prep from review-ready tax prep.

Returns are prepared by CPAs, ACCA-qualified staff, and EAs with multi-year US tax preparation experience. We hire for tax judgment — variance analysis, basis tracking, multi-state apportionment — not keystroke speed.

Every return is reviewed internally before it reaches your reviewer. Tie-outs are done. Schedules are cross-referenced. Variances are explained in workpaper notes — not flagged for your partner to figure out at 11 PM.

You work with a named lead, not a queue. Returns route through the same person who scoped the engagement. Busy-season backups are briefed before they are needed, so nothing stalls when somebody is out.

NDAs on every engagement. Encrypted document transfer. PII access restricted to assigned team members on a need-to-know basis. No client data on personal devices. Security documentation available for your client’s vendor reviews.

Per-return, per-FTE, or fixed monthly retainer. You choose the model when you scope. No mid-season repricing. No “complexity surcharges” appearing in March. The number we quote in November is the number you pay in April.

How We Onboard
From scope call to first return — typically 7 to 10 business days.

Scope Call (30 minutes)

We review your return mix, current capacity, software stack, and review process. You leave with a clear sense of fit, return-type volume, and likely engagement model. Not a sales pitch.

Written Proposal (within 3 business days)

A defined engagement scope, clear pricing, and a start date. Per-return rates, FTE rates, or fixed retainer — your call. No retainers required to get started.

Onboarding (5–10 business days)

Software access, workpaper template handover, review standards documentation, and a kickoff call. Your named lead is introduced before the first return is touched.

FAQ
Common questions before firms and CFOs sign on.
Do you work inside our tax software, or do we have to move returns to a different system?

We work inside your existing tax software. Drake Tax, UltraTax CS, Lacerte, ProSeries, CCH Axcess, ProConnect, GoSystem — we adapt to your stack. There is no migration, no platform change, and no new logins for your partners. Your workflow stays your workflow.

Yes. Returns are prepared for review and signature under your firm’s PTIN. The client relationship stays with your firm. We are never visible to your clients.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for individual returns and 5–10 business days for business returns once source documents are complete. During peak weeks in March and early April, we hold those timelines by staffing surge capacity that is briefed and ready before February.

Encrypted file transfer only. Access restricted to the assigned preparer and reviewer. No data on personal devices. SOC 2-aligned data handling documented and available for your client’s vendor security reviews.

We fix it on our time, not yours. Every engagement includes a defined review and remediation process. If a material error is found at any stage — internal review, your review, or post-filing — we remediate at no additional cost.

Yes. Multi-state allocations, K-1 in/K-1 out preparation, Form 5471 and 5472 disclosures, Section 1031 exchanges, and built-in gains analyses are standard work. Complex returns are routed to senior preparers with the relevant specialty.
